产品描述Autotaxin inhibitor 12 is a highly potent, selective, orally-bioavailable inhibitor of autotaxin with IC50 of 3.1 nM in choline release assays; shows ATX inhibition of IC50 9 nM in an in vitro serum assay, measuring 18:1 LPA levels by LCMS; concentration-dependently inhibits autotaxin and formation of LPA in vivo.
